मगरहरूको परम्परागत शासन – पञ्चतालुक/पञ्चअमालमा सञ्चार प्रणाली

हामी नेपाली हौ, हाम्रो देश नेपाल हो , हामी गर्ब गर्छौ नेपाली हुनमा जहाँ बुद्ध जन्मेको देश , संसारको सबैभन्दा अग्लो चुचुरो हिमालले संसारलाई चिनाएको देश , जहाँ चार जात छत्तिस बर्णको फुल ढकमक्क फुलेको देश , हामी नेपालीको यसरी बनेको पहिचान कसैले नामेट गर्न सक्दैनन् । चाहे हामी युरोप र अमेरीकामा होस् वा अरु कुनै सुख सम्पन्न देशमा होस् जहाँ रहे पनि हाम्रो चिनारी वा हाम्रो पहिचान चाहेर पनि कसैले मेटाउन सक्दैन् । रह्यो कुरा आदिवासी जनजाति, दलित,मधेशी, महिला, मुश्लिम, आदि जाति र लिङ्ग नेपाली भएर पनि किन नेपालीबाटै ठगिएका छौं? किन नेपालीबाट नै शोषित पिडित भएका छौं? सवाल यी कुराका हुन् ।

Dear Lawotiji,
1) All Ranas in your list were Magars - I am
confident. I have reasons. Junga Bahadur declared himself a 'Rana' in
about 1910 -1912 BS (I need more time to fix the exact date). Before that he
was Kunwar (Magar?). Therefore, the Ranas in the list were before Junga - or
there were other Rana Magars nearly 1000 years ago (as evidence show us
it, we are trying to figure out more) and they had nothing to do with Rajputs
of the plains ! What I mean here is that there were Rana Magars and Thapa
Magars in Gorkha and Central Nepal
before Junga Bahadur came to power in 1903 BS. They were the political leaders
there. Since all Ranas and Thapas hailed from Gorkha and Central
Nepal - they virtually were none other than Magars by ethnicity.
Bhimsen Thapa was from Gorkha and an individual can't become otherwise when he
comes out from a Magar
Village. This is why
Magars believe him to be a Magar. But, today's elite Thapa
(Chhetris) of Kathmandu and of rural Nepal do not wish to be seen as a
Magar. Because Magars eat pork !!! (But, Pun Magars do not eat any
pork). And also they are impoverished ones having not been able to come to the
mainstream; after the cruel killing of Abhiman Singh Rana Magar, a prominent
figure for prime ministership, in Kot Massacre (1846 AD) and hanging of
Martyr (Magars believe him to be the first Martyr of Nepal) Lakhan Thapa
Magar II in 1933 BS by Junga Bahadur !!! Ram Shah's effort to establish himself
a descendant of Mewad (Chittaur) Household and Junga's similar attempt to be of
the Maharana Pratap pedigree have been lambasted by most historians including
Dor Bahadur Bista ( 1991).

मगर भाषा साहित्य लेखन शुरु गर्नुको पछाडि कुनै खास कारण थियो कि ?
मलाई मेरो बुबाआमाको जति माया छ त्यति नै माया मेरो मातृभाषाको पनि लाग्छ । अर्को कुरा मातृभाषा नबुझी बाँकी संसार बुझ्न सकिदैन । यतिका महत्व बोकेको मातृभाषा शासन व्यवस्था संचालन गर्नेहरुको उपेक्षामा परेपछि २०१२ सालमा मगर समाज सुधार संघको विधान बनाएर मातृभाषा लेखनमा लाग्यौं । मातृभाषाको विकास विना मगर समुदायले मात्रै हैन सिङ्गो समाजले नै प्रगति गर्न नसक्ने देखेपछि विशेष चासो लिएर लेख्न शुरु गरें ।
